This Is A Gorgeous Antique C 1800 Brass & Copper Warming Pan
It Retains Its Original Turned Long Wooden Handle, Has A Hinged Brass Lid With Engraved Decorative Dove Bird Detailing Upon And The Lower Part Of The Pan Is Copper
These Warming Pans Were Common From The Mid 17C To Early 20C When Hot Coals Or Embers Would Have Been Placed Inside And Moved Between The Sheets To Warm Them.
This Is The Perfect Vintage Piece To Add To A Country Decor, Hung By A Fire Place Or Placed As Mantle Decor
