Refund & Return Policy
At Pebble & Niss, we specialise in carefully curated vintage, antique and one-of-a-kind items. As these pieces have had a previous life, signs of age and wear should be expected. We make every effort to accurately describe each item through detailed descriptions, photographs and, where appropriate, videos.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item, with the exception of bespoke, customised or made-to-order items.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item, it must:
- Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Include all original components and accessories where applicable.
Return Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
Furniture and oversized items must be returned using a suitable insured courier service arranged by the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of collection and appropriate transit insurance, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received by Pebble & Niss.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
